Its Art Deco & Its Beautiful.

This stunning piece of engineering lies at the heart of the New Frenzel Supercharger. It is literally the heart of the project pumping power to your motor and an absolute shame that it will never really get seen. But it’s for that exact that we thought we could take liberties and bring it up to modern spec. We wanted to upgrade to superior material specifications for both safety and performance and we knew we could do it without detracting from the overall aesthetic of the blower.

The impeller itself is CNC machined from a single piece of 7000 series T6 Alloy. Overkill? Well not really as it saves us having to heat treat the final product so it’s bullet proof straight out of the box. They’re also anodized to stop corrosion from fuels and other nasty chemicals!

Then as a last step the impellers are dynamically balanced at 10,000 RPM and are within 0.04grams at 4.5" after balancing!
